Lagrima was designed and built by David Berg of Berg Boats modeling a race-boat from 1902 called the Fairbanks II.
The sides are 1/4 mahogany plywood and the bottom is 3/8 plywood. The decks are red cedar over 1/4 in plywood with book matched cover boards. The marine hardware was designed and custom made by David Berg.
It is powered by a 4 cylinder, 26 hp Crosley Marine engine. The engine dates to the 1950′s with a top speed of 18 mph.
This beautiful launch, which speaks to the grace and elegance of another time, is in pristine condition.
